Emergency Communications Department
Public Safety Communications Center:
The Communications Center houses the E-911, Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Management communications for the EBCN and its geographical locations. Our mission is to maintain a communications link between the Citizens and the Emergency Entities of the Tribe. This is through cooperative effort amongst all Public Safety Departments. Telecommunications will answer telephone service in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. We will answer the radio in a professional, courteous manner and provide as much information as needed to facilitate emergency response traffic. It is our mission to gather accurate information and disseminate that information to the correct emergency entity without delay.
The EBCN Emergency Communications Department is committed to protecting citizens and our communities through activities that promote and support prevention, preparedness, response, recovery, education, and enforcement. These objectives are achieved through a focus on saving lives, providing efficient and effective services, maintaining public trust, and developing strong partnerships.
